T-MOBILE
DIGITAL BUSINESS
At Razorfish, I joined the team to help lead the redesign of T-Mobile.com and find new opportunities to improve the experience on .com and across their entire digital ecosystem. We created a multitude of new ways to transform the customer experience by ideating new ways to interact with the brand while ensuring the design and user experience is best in class.
T-Mobile.com
The video above demonstrates the challenge and the process we applied to the redesign of the website.
Iphone X launch ‘Never Ending Conversation’
In anticipation of the release of the iPhone X we took over the T-Mobile homepage and created a never ending text conversation between two friends, one of which could never get to the point. T-Mobile took this mechanic to TV.
In store ‘Welcome to T-mobile’
As part of our onboarding transformation we looked for opportunities to personalize the customer experience by using interactive screens to welcome a new customer to T-Mobile.
T-Mobile.com ‘Footer Game’
We were always pitching new games for T-Mobile customers to play in the footer of the website. Unsurprisingly, the more addictive the gameplay behavior, the longer dwell time on the homepage. Fun with a purpose.
Digital ‘AR t-mobile tuesdays’
We continued the onboarding transformation by creating an AR experience that allowed customers to collect points and data gifts such as unlimited Go-Go inflight data.
NYC Times Square Billboard
For NYE 2017 we worked with the T-Mobile in-store team to create a connected experience that allowed people to text questions to a magic eight ball in the sky right outside the T-Mobile store. Simply text your question to the 8 ball and you’ll be notified when your question is answered by T-Mobile.
Onboarding Transformation ‘Welcome Kit’
We improved the experience new customers had when they joined T-Mobile by creating an app that ensured customers had a quick and easy way to get up to speed with all of T-Mobile’s benefits.
Brand illustrations
We worked with T-Mobile to create an animated brand illustration style that they could use across their digital properties. These illustrations were designed to utilize the open sourced animation tool Lottie.
