Chick-Fil-A ‘Innovation’
At BBDO, we pitched for Chick-Fil-A over the course of a year providing them with innovative ideas and experiences that could help transform their business through the use of technology and digital products. Our relationship with them culminated in a pitch which we won, however due to client conflicts, we had to decline the business.
In the examples below (not part of the pitch) I was tasked to find fun and innovative ways to improve the customer experience with the Visa checkout technology.
