Entergy DBT
I helped lead the creative to win the Entergy AOR account at Publicis Sapient. The task we had was how to introduce a new smart metering system to their customers who didn’t necessarily want a ‘smart’ meter in their home due to privacy concerns.
So we humanized the name from the very technical ‘Advanced Metering infrastructure’ to AMI (a la Siri). AMI allowed us to humanize and simplify an otherwise highly complex concept and give it a personal touch. This made it easy for the everyday Entergy customer to understand highly complex data in simple terms via various interactive digital experiences.
